What we can offer you: 25 days of annual leave Access to our people's pension scheme Free physiotherapy service Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing: Perform daily operational and maintenance routines for Energy Centre equipment, focusing on District Energy Schemes with LTHW Systems Attend residential properties connected to Energy Networks for maintenance and repairs Deliver excellent customer service in line with Veolia Values Maintain new and existing equipment effectively with minimal supervision Conduct reactive and planned maintenance, including diagnostic and fault-finding Carry out all work in compliance with Veolia health and safety policies, including contractor supervision and risk assessment Complete service and breakdown reports and associated paperwork accurately and promptly Respond appropriately to emergency situations and perform additional duties as required What we're looking for: Essential: Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical maintenance, and skilled in equipment maintenance and repair Effective communicator and proactive problem-solver Experienced with HVAC systems (heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers), F Gas and Legionella certified Comfortable with lifting, working at heights, and in confined spaces Full driving license Desirable: Experience in Operation of Low Temperature Hot Water Systems and Associated Equipment Knowledge of heat interface units, cooling interface units, fan coil units Knowledge of planned maintenance schedules and repair works Experience of or comfortable in working with the general public 18th Edition Electrical Regs Gas Safe for commercial buildings Experience in working with controls, BMS, MBus, Modbus, data loggers and Authomated Meter Reading systems What's next?
