Looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the project delivery team on a new high end fit out project in London which will be a mix of commercial and retail. Site Manager responsibilities - Managing all fit out sub-contractors from concrete frame to finish. - Pushing the programme and keeping on top of the project, a key team member to lead other Assistant Site Managers and report upstream to the PD and PM. - Ensuring H&S and Quality on site are to a high standard and ensuring project is meeting client timescales and quality expectations. The ideal Site Manager Experience on high end fit out on a major project. Ideally have main contractor experience and able to keep on top of a Site valued over £100million. Tier on main contractor experience. Site Manager with a good blend of skills who is very client facing. Site manager who is looking for a career and progression with a successful company.
