Project Director Project Director opportunity working for a tier one main contractor on a major new project in Suffolk area which is circa £180million. About the role of Project Director Looking for a Project Director who has experience delivering major projects for a tier one main contractor to work on a mixed use scheme which will consist of residential and commercial. Responsibilities for Project Director Full responsibility of the project delivery, pulling together design, commercial and operation team for a successful project. This Project Director will report into the Divisional Director and have a team reporting in, made up of Project/Site managers. Working with the client, working closely with the design and commercial team in the planning of project. Building relationships with the client and ensuring client is satisfied with the project progress. Requirements for Project Director It would be beneficial to have MOJ/MOD/Defence or major project experience. Looking for a dynamic leader who can make decisions, be solution led, excellent people management and client relationships. Looking for a Project Director who has well rounded knowledge who has worked for a tier one main contractor on projects over £100million. Looking for a Project Director who can take a holistic view on a project and problem solve.
