Job Description

Site Manager – Internals, New Build Industrial Units - Edmonton Our client are a leading contractor within the Industrial sect and they are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee the internal works on a new build industrial units project. Initially a 12-week contract, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and project needs. Key Responsibilities: Managing the internal fit-out phase, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. Overseeing health and safety protocols and compliance across the site. Resolving on-site challenges efficiently and reporting progress to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience in managing internal works on new build projects, ideally industrial units. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Strong organisational and leadership skills with a focus on quality and safety. Excellent communication skills for liaising with teams and stakeholders.
