Project / Contract Manager

As the Project/Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects, coordinating all aspects from planning, budgeting, procurement, to final delivery. Your role will involve working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives within time and budget constraints while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and supervise projects from design through to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring quality standards are adhered to. Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules. Conduct site visits and ensure that work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Oversee procurement of materials and resources, managing project cost controls. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Manage and report on budgets, schedules, and risks. Deliver regular project updates and progress reports to senior management and clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project/Contract Manager with a focus on flat roof systems. A solid understanding of flat roofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices. Strong knowledge of construction project management, including contract administration and scheduling. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience working with various roofing contractors and subcontractors. Health and Safety certification, preferably IOSH or NEBOSH. A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field (e.g., HNC/HND, degree). Knowledge of relevant building regulations and compliance. A full UK driving license (or equivalent) and willingness to travel to various sites
