Job Title: Tiler/Multi-trade Job Type: Temp to Perm Location: Grantham Start Date: Immediate start Salary: £180/day CIS OR £180/day Umbrella OR £125/day PAYE Company, Project & benefits of a Tiler / Multi Trade We have an exciting opportunity for a Tiler/Multi Trader to work for a local authority contractor within domestic properties on a kitchen and bathroom upgrade programme. The work will involve splash back tiling in kitchens and bathroom tiling working in Grantham and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role with the potential to become permanent. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with 30 minutes lunch break. Qualifications & Skills of a Tiler/Multi Trade A minimum of 2 years’ experience and competence in all aspects of domestic tiling along with experience in carpentry, basic plumbing. City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on-the-job experience Previous experience of working in social housing would be advantageous Full clean driving licence required Attention to detail Problem solving skills BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR ARC Working with one of East Anglia’s leading Recruitment agencies with 16 years within the marketplace, recruiting for many of the region’s leading companies.
