The company is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join their team for a Windfarm project in Stranraer for an 8-month period. Key Requirements Certifications: Valid CSCS and SMSTS certifications. Experience: Solid background in civil engineering earthworks and managing difficult ground conditions. Experience working on windfarm projects in essential. Proven ability to deliver toolbox talks effectively. Site Management: Strong experience managing site teams, including overseeing plant and squads. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving on-site challenges efficiently. Health & Safety: High standards for maintaining and enforcing safety compliance. What’s Offered Day Rate: £280 - £320 (gross), dependent on experience. Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00–19:00.
