Locum Clinical Pharmacist – NHS Hospital, Oxfordshire Agency: Hunter AHP Hourly Rate: £33 - £37 per hour Hunter AHP are currently seeking a skilled Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at a NHS hospital in Oxfordshire. This exciting opportunity involves working across a variety of wards Contract Length: Ongoing contract, possibility to go permanent upon review Hours: 9am - 5pm (30 minute break) Experience: Previous clinical experience is essential and required to be considered for this post Flexibility: 3/4/5 days per week available Duties: Job role will be working across a variety of wards Key Responsibilities: Dispensing medications and ensuring accurate supply across different hospital wards. Reviewing prescriptions and providing medication counselling to medical staff. Ensuring compliance with relevant pharmaceutical legislation and hospital policies. Delivering clinical pharmacy services including therapeutic drug monitoring and patient medication reviews. Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Providing advice on formulary compliance, drug interactions, and safety. Requirements: GPhC registration as a Pharmacist. Hospital pharmacy experience, particularly in a ward-based setting, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in NHS settings is desirable but not essential.
