YOUR CHALLENGES Interact with the purchasing community from Buyers and SQEs to Managers and Vice-Presidents; Communicate to stakeholders in purchasing and present project status to purchasing reference groups; Create initiatives, communicate, and share success stories to engage people in the project; Provide supplier competencies to the project with the support of Purchasing segment leaders. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? 2 years of working experience within the automotive industry; Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; Understand the Purchasing challenges and be ready to support them; Work well on projects independently as well as with a team, able to communicate ideas; Understand cost drivers and bring business perspectives to the project; Strong risk management skills; Developed negotiation and communication skills; Entrepreneurial spirit.
