About the job Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and the Audit Committee, the mission of Sanofi Internal Audit and Risks Management (SIA&RM) is to provide independent and objective reasonable assurance regarding the group’s ability to control its operations according to the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) international standards. Under the supervision of the IT Audit Director, the Digital & IT Audit Manager contributes to perform the yearly risk assessment campaign and executes the Digital & IT Audit Plan through his/her involvement in the audit assignments from preparation to reporting phases. He/she endorses the role of Team Leader and is responsible to conduct assignments with Play-To-Win Behaviors. He manages the team members, including the subcontractors. Main responsibilities: Develop, in coordination with the team, the relevant audit program to be conducted on the field Develop a deep knowledge of the actual processes and identify areas for improvement to better manage the associated risk Debrief to process owners to convince them and work with them on how to concretely improve the process Cooperate with the IT Audit Director supervising the assignment and constantly manage his/her priorities within short timelines Deliver the audit report, including clearly written recommendations to help auditees and senior management About you Experience: Significant experience in Audit (ideally in a Big4) Knowledge of IIA standards Broad IS/IT knowledge with a particular focus on digital solutions and trends Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel approximately 20 to 30% of the time, including international travel for up to 3 weeks at a time Preferred: Professional certification (i.e., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or equivalent) Soft skills: Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence stakeholders Ability to work transversally and within a highly matrixed environment Global or international experience and ability to work with a diverse team Excellent verbal and presentation skills Education: A Master or Engineer degree in digital, IT engineering or IT Auditing Languages: Fluent English & French is a plus Why choose us?
