Join our dynamic, international team, and together, let's make agriculture more sustainable Ecorobotix is growing To pursue our mission, we are looking for our next : Strategic Procurement Specialist (Fluidics and Mechanical) Your missions : Prepare and follow up manufacturing parts purchase orders on our ERP (Odoo). Monitor lead times and put in place contingency plans where needed. Implement BCP plans and monitor supplier evaluations via evaluation process and scorecards. Manage business reviews with critical suppliers and transfer quality controls and complaints when relevant. Conduct alternative items and supplier qualification, pricing negotiations, payment terms and quality issues. Ensure best total value for the items purchased: evaluate payment methods, order frequency and prepare recommendations for the management. Your profile : Fluency in French and B2 Level in English Certification or degree in purchasing or supply chain related field 3 years of industry experience in the supply of parts for a manufacturing company. Ability to read and understand technical drawings Concrete understanding of Quality Methods and statistical process controls. Knowledge of the usual IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel), and of the usual ERP purchasing module. You are : Able to organize and prioritize your tasks Used to meeting deadlines and to accommodate last-minute changes Very pragmatic and able to identify the good enough from the good to have. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with clear & consistent communication.
