Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee and drive property development projects from concept to completion. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and shape innovative developments while ensuring quality, compliance, and financial success. Requirements: · Minimum 5 years of experience in property development · Must have new build property development experience Responsibilities: · Take charge of all phases of property development projects, from initial concept to final delivery. · Formulate and execute project strategies, schedules, and budgets to achieve project objectives. · Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to drive project success. · Track project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. · Oversee regulatory compliance and secure all required approvals and permits. · Manage project finances, including budget planning, cost monitoring, and financial reporting.
