Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of South African transport laws and safety regulations. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics or Transport Management (advantageous). Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily transport operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and optimize a fleet of vehicles for timely deliveries. Lead, motivate and develop a team of 100 employees. Ensure compliance with South African transport regulations.
