Recruitment Consultant (Independent - work from home)

We are looking for an independent recruiter to join our team. The position is best suited for a self starter and someone who is able to function without supervision (Please note this is a full time position with more flexibility but you will still be required to put in a full days work, everyday) Telesales and cold calling to obtain and secure new clients; Establish and maintain good client relationships; Establishing f and maintaining of suitable candidate database; Accurately recording job specifications from clients; Drafting and placement of suitable advertisements to secure suitable candidates; Sourcing and securing of suitable candidates who meet clients job specifications; Screening applicants in accordance with clients job specifications; Arranging and conducting interviews with potential and suitable candidates; Conducting reference, qualification and credit checks according to clients specifications; Drafting of CVs; Fee structure negotiations; Remuneration negotiations between clients and candidates; Teaching clients and all potential candidates, necessary interviewing, remuneration techniques and etiquette to conduct and execute a successful interview; Shortlisting and arranging interviews with clients for and by suitable candidates; Offering on behalf of the client employment to successful candidates; Preparing and furnishing clients with placement invoices; Securing payment from outstanding debtors; Regular follow up interviews with all placed candidates during the 90 (Ninety) day guarantee period; 2months recruitment experience in a recruitment company (non-negotiable) Cold calling experience Preferred post matric qualification Own computer/ laptop (non-negotiable) Reliable internet connection (preferably uncapped) (non negotiable) Excellent communication skills Sense of urgency - very important Internet Allowence (R350pm) Computer/ Laptop allowance (R250pm) Commission only based (30% on all placements from R1) incentives bonusses (option to go on a basic commission after probation period (6 months)/ reaching target)
