Banking Project Manager

TXT Novigo, leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT group, operates in the areas of IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Application Development, and Web Design. Banking Project Manager: For the expansion and strengthening of the staff at the Brescia office, TXT Novigo is looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a decisive role in guiding our fintech projects, managing teams and projects for the development of software and custom enterprise applications. Main responsibilities: Be in direct contact with the customer; Be responsible for supervising the projects throughout their life cycle; Be in charge of team coordination activities; Play an active role in the definition of project solutions; Required technical skills: Previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably in ICT companies; Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodology; Good level of written and spoken English; The ideal candidate is a teamwork-oriented person, able to emphatically communicate with and manage their team members.
