Planner

We are seeking an experienced Planner to join a Tier 1 contractor working on a major civils infrastructure project in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a Planner to play a key role in delivering a high-profile and technically demanding project in the region. About the role of Planner: As a Planner, you will be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling aspects of this significant civils infrastructure project. This role is ideal for a Planner with a strong background in the infrastructure sector, looking to contribute to the successful delivery of challenging projects in Essex. Responsibilities for Planner: Developing and maintaining project schedules and programmes Monitoring progress and updating schedules to reflect changes or delays Working closely with the project team to ensure timely and efficient delivery Conducting site visits to assess progress and alignment with the project plan Preparing detailed planning reports and presenting findings to stakeholders Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategiesRequirements for Planner: Proven experience as a Planner, ideally within the civils or infrastructure sector Strong knowledge of planning software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the project team A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing schedules and plansIf you want to hear more about this Planner role, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Josh Gamble on (phone number removed)
