Sales Manager – Sheffield – £40,000 plusChase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a leading international manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their business. As Sales Manager, you will build and maintain customer relationships to produce a sales pipeline that aligns with the company’s strategic plans. You will be a proven strategic leader with proven experience in a similar B2B role. Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

• Building and maintain robust relationships whilst identifying areas for growth
• Coordinating between sales and operations for a seamless customer journey
• Managing pricing and contract negotiations ensuring profitability
• Executing the company’s strategic plans ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement
• Reporting on sales activities for SLT
• Developing a high-performance culture

Skills Required:

• Business development experience (B2B)
• A background within Engineering, Manufacturing or FMCG (desirable)
• Team player
