due to internal changes, we are urgently seeking a General Manager for a well-established and highly successful builders merchants operating throughout Kent, Surrey & Sussex. This privately owned business is growing rapidly and with the backing of a large group are making extensive inroads into the markets of its larger corporate competitors.

Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and business minded individual to lead this group company, taking the lead role, managing P&L, all staff and yard activities, working with the group Procurement Director to continue the businesses plan to improve margins and efficiency with the supply chain. There is great opportunity for growth and progression as the group continues to grow and develop its offerings, and the successful candidate will be a key part of the group operational leadership team.
