Role - Site Manager Location -East Sussex Salary - £40k - £60k I am looking for a Site manager for a client in Sussex, ideally you'll have experience working on projects up to the value of £1m-£5m for Refurb and extension projects in Sussex and Kent. Job Responsibilities: Ensure all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population Manage, supervise and mentor the site team Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated Ensure that the project is properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve safe, profitable and timely delivery Prepare monthly progress project reports, and ensure that method statements, risk assessments and approval documents are in place for all site activities Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all the contractual requirements Manage subcontractors and materials Key Attributes: Having a strong background of working within the build industry CSCS site manager qualified First Aid Valid Full UK Driving LIcence Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role please update and submit your CV today Randstad Construction Property Engineering is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
