Actuarial Research Consultation-£ 150 per hour– UK The Role Are you an experienced actuary with a strong background in parametric insurance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a highly skilled actuary to provide expert consultation for two decision-making processes. This part-time, project-based role requires up to 10–12 hours over the weekend (potential start date 30–31 November 2024). Sessions can be conducted via Teams, offering flexibility and convenience. The role pays £150 per hour. Key Responsibilities: You will guide us through two key decision-making processes for distinct projects: Wind farm installation in the UK Identifying indicators for assessment. Advising on whether to insure the project. Establishing assessment criteria. Evaluating the feasibility of insurance options.
