Job Title: Senior Site Manager

About the Role:
I am looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a residential project in South London. The project involves a mix of new build and refurbishment on a Grade II listed building. Key aspects include RC frame, demolition, groundworks, steelwork, and internal/external works.
As the number one on-site, you will manage all day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You'll liaise closely with the design and commercial teams to coordinate efforts and achieve project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Manage RC frame, groundworks, demolition, steelwork, and internal/external works.
* Act as the main point of contact on-site, leading teams and managing subcontractors.
* Coordinate with design and commercial teams to resolve issues and deliver project objectives.
* Ensure the successful completion of both the new build and refurbishment elements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as the number one on-site for large residential projects.
* Expertise in RC frame, demolition, groundworks, steelwork, and internal/external works.
* Strong project management experience, with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
* Experience working on Grade II listed buildings is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
