This role is perfect for a site manager with experience managing sites ranging from 2 to 12 units or an experienced foreman ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage residential development sites from 2 to 12 units. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. Provide hands-on support and leadership on-site. Requirements: Proven experience in managing residential development sites or as a foreman. Strong understanding of construction processes and site management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
