We are seeking a Finance Director to join their Senior Leadership Team in a pivotal role within the company to help drive their continued growth and development, shaping the financial health and strategic direction of the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a hands-on position that requires a deep dive into day-to-day financial operations while maintaining a clear focus on the bigger picture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy in collaboration with the executive team Take ownership of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making Lead financial planning and analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and company policies Support and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment Engage with stakeholders to drive commercial and operational improvements What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior financial leader in a hands-on and strategic role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and analysis Expertise in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sector, including an understanding of SaaS financial models, metrics, and growth strategies (Desirable) A commercially minded professional with the ability to balance day-to-day operations with strategic priorities Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Adaptability and problem-solving skills, aligned with an agile, fast-paced environment Experience in the consultancy or professional services sector (Desirable) If you’re looking for your next challenge to kick off the new year, we’d love to hear from you This is an exciting time to join a business with a collaborative and transparent approach to delivering value.
