Financial Accountant (4 Month Contract)

Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end deliverables, including bondereaux preparation, journal postings, reconciliations, and distribution of management accounts. Ensure accurate accounting for credit control, commissions, and claims while addressing ad hoc queries and supporting budget and forecast cycles. Perform detailed financial reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, underwriter) and maintain system accuracy. Assist with internal and external audits, identifying control weaknesses, and implementing process improvements.
