Skills and qualifications: A tertiary qualification will count in the candidates advantage At least 1 3 years relevant experience in a similar position Analytical skills Good Excel skills Excellent customer service skills Good planning and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team Good attention to detail Ability to work very accurately and efficiently Responsibilities: Opening contracts on system Billing Making physical contracts. (Purchase Contracts and Sales Contracts) Collection of contracts from suppliers Sending out contracts to customers and suppliers Collection of unsigned contracts Management of monthly audit through collection of proof of delivery (PODs) & storage of invoices as well as signed contracts Inventory control & control Preparation & handling of invoices for payments to suppliers/producers for stock purchased Marking of export documentation General administrative support during season time Consulting with: Customers & Suppliers Marketers & Team Members Acquirers Processing plants
