Missione Design and Engineering: Oversee and develop civil layouts, access roads, foundations, drainage systems, and other infrastructures. Feasibility Analysis: Assess environmental, hydrogeological, and topographical constraints during the project development phase. Supplier Management: Coordinate with contractors and consultants to prepare detailed designs and monitor construction activities. Site Supervision: Monitor fieldwork, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, regulatory standards, and best practices. Documentation Management: Prepare technical reports, compliance documents, and risk assessments. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Interface with internal teams, including electrical engineering, development, and permitting departments. Profilo Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years in similar roles, preferably in renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects (Wind or Hydro background). Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Familiarity with Italian regulations for civil and environmental construction. Experience with geotechnical or hydrological modeling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, GeoStudio). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility and willingness to travel across Italy. Languages: Fluent in Italian; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
