Jr Project Engineer - Fixed Term contract

Position Snapshot European Pizza Group (EPG), Benevento Fixed-term contract (1 year), full time Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) Previous experience of 6 months/1 year in a similar role will be a plus Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English Position Summary To support and participate in the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance program aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimize maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity, the following job position has become available: Project Engineer Job Responsibilities Manage and/or perform the design, implementation, and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, within the defined scope of responsibility or specialization. Ensure that the objectives of the investment project charter, design specifications, and standards are implemented and adhered to. Prepare designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. Contribute to the advancement of digital transformation innovations. Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project. Prepare engineering standards, designs and work specifications; develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; and select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Work independently with general supervision. Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices. Skills and Qualifications Required: Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical or electrical). Previous experience of 6 months/1 year in a similar role, in capital investment projects development and implementation in industry would be a plus. Microsoft Office management at an advanced level (mainly Excel, PowerPoint). AutoCAD management at an advanced level. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have an investigative profile with deeper attention to detail, synthesize data, break down business problems, and conduct brainstorming. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple and varied tasks simultaneously to comply with internal and regulatory deadlines. Proficient knowledge of Italian and good English language skills. Skills and Qualifications Desired: Previous experience in a similar role in a Food Factory will be a plus. Ability to work well within a team. J-18808-Ljbffr
