Job Description
Part of CAP INGELEC group, you will oversee building and developing our Italian subsidiary in terms of resources and organisation to handle design and build local projects. Directly reporting to the Regional Director, your assignment will include the following: Ensure the development and management of CAP INGELEC Italy entity’s; Organising tasks, allocating projects, develop teams and their skills and being responsible for the quality of the unit's production, Play a sales role with active customers to identify new turnkey projects, Drawing up commercial proposals in line with the Offering, Validating the entity's invoicing and estimates on a monthly basis, Disseminate know-how, technical and company culture, Participating in raising staff awareness of quality, and being able to act as Contract Manager for certain large-scale projects. Graduated from a major engineering school generalist or specialized in civil, electricity or mechanical engineering, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of technical design and build projects, ideally as a Project Director. With a developed experience in the construction sector and an entrepreneur mindset, you have been able to carry out projects with high technical added value (Datacenter, Cleanroom, Food, Wine and Spirit, Critical Infrastructures, etc.) on the delivery steps. Recognized for your managerial skills, you enjoy managing intercultural projects. You speak Italian, English and ideally French. J-18808-Ljbffr
