Job Overview Responsible for managing warehouse operations, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain processes within the chrome plant environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations. Supervise warehouse staff. Implement inventory management procedures. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate logistics and material handling. Maintain accurate inventory records. Optimize warehouse processes and workflow. Reporting Structure Reports to: Logistics/Supply Chain Manager. Supervises: Warehouse Staff. Performance Metrics Inventory accuracy. Operational efficiency. Staff productivity. Safety compliance. Qualifications Required: Grade 12. National Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain (NQF 5). Advantageous: National Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain (NQF 6). Valid Driver's License (Required). Experience 3-5 years in Chrome Plant Environment. 2-3 years Supervisory exposure in Supply Chain or Logistics Environment. Skills Required Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in inventory management systems. Effective communication skills. Problem-solving capabilities. Attention to detail.
