Job Title: Rigger - Winder Location: Mining operations in the Free State region Position Type: Full-time, permanent Job Summary: Hire Resolve's Client are seeking a skilled and experienced Rigger - Winder to join our mining operations in the Free State region. The Rigger - Winder will be responsible for safely and efficiently setting up, dismantling, and operating rigging equipment to move, position, and secure heavy machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in mining environments and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Inspecting rigging equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards - Setting up and operating rigging equipment to move heavy machinery and equipment as required - Dismantling rigging equipment after use and ensuring proper storage and maintenance - Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and safe rigging operations - Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to rigging operations - Performing routine maintenance and repairs on rigging equipment as needed Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rigger - Winder in a mining environment - Rigger Trade Certificate and Grade 12 - Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety regulations - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors - Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and adhere to strict safety protocols Benefits: Salary: R600k - R800k Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
