Innovation and Exploitation Manager

About the role - In light of research and innovation projects funded by the European Commission as part of the Horizon programme, ENCO is currently seeking two Exploitation and Innovation Managers . This role exclusively revolves around Horizon projects . The selected individuals will be tasked with crafting strategic and quantitative analyses on industry value chains, market trends and end-user requirements, devising business models and plans, and formulating go-to-market strategies for the innovative solutions developed within the assigned projects. Working with companies, universities and research centres from all over Europe, the ideal candidates should possess the ability to swiftly grasp and elaborate on complex information, comprehend the needs of projects and consortia, lead the formulation of post-project strategies, and translate them into effective business models and plans. Responsibilities : Devising exploitation strategies and plans Writing deliverables and reports Monitoring trends and advancements in relevant markets to align exploitation strategies with industry developments Defining go-to-market strategies and replication models; identifying potential exploitation opportunities within project outcomes and results Developing business models and plans Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of exploitation activities Tracking the implementation and adoption of exploitation strategies and adjusting plans based on feedback and results Managing intellectual property rights (IPR) to ensure compliance and maximize commercial potential Qualifications : Experience in market analysis, strategy, business modelling Deliverables and reports’ writing Presentations to an audience 2-5 years of experience in market research, business plan development and exploitation activities in the frame of EU projects Master's degree in economics, social sciences, or equivalent Fluency in Italian and English (minimum C1) Familiarity with the Horizon Europe program is mandatory What we offer : International environment, with the possibility of travelling across the EU Competitive salary: €30.000 – 40.000 based on the experience of the candidate Contract: Permanent Interested candidates can send their CV, explicitly authorizing ENCO srl to process personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 679/16), along with a cover letter clearly highlighting compliance with the required qualifications to the following email: m.delafeldenco-consulting.it.
