Enthusiastic? Then you are the right person to join us as an EPU Manager in Savigliano. Responsibilities: Contribute partially to Supply Chain setup. Validate quality plans. Oversee industrialization activities for manufacturing preparation within the EPU. Manage requests for training & qualification of operators, and requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary). Ensure industrial process handover from PME to manufacturing. Prepare for APSYS (Lean Manufacturing) deployment. Conduct operators training covering manufacturing & self-inspections. Finalize manufacturing preparation for activities within the EPU. Assign tasks to operators. Manage intermediate handover (EPU level) including applied configuration, self-inspections, dynamic checklist, NCR, rework, missing parts, waivers/deviations, and incomplete operations. Ensure timely closing of work orders in manufacturing tools. Book productive & non-productive hours in manufacturing tools for all operators. Track SQCD performance for the activity in the EPU and associated KPIs. Drive continuous improvement of SQCD performance. Manage issues in manufacturing tools on time and contribute to corrective actions (e.g., QRQC). Execute changes to the product, if applicable. Provide feedback to support functions to improve SQCD performance. Hierarchical Responsibilities: Manage time and activity of all employees, ensuring compliance with local legislation. Accountable for time reconciliation. Continuously improve occupational safety, including that of contractors. Develop operators' qualifications and maintain qualification matrices. Apply corporate policies (EHS, IRIS, Ethics and Compliance). Competencies & Skills: Functional Skills: Profound knowledge of Special Processes. Working knowledge of Industrial Management Processes from Engineering to Delivery. Understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Technologies. Basic awareness of Automation/Robotization, Greenfield/Brownfield Development, Site Facilities & Maintenance, Transfer of Technology, and Ergonomics. Transversal Skills: Team Management, including management of cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations. Familiarity with Lean Management tools and methods. Working knowledge of Supply Chain/Quality processes and their impact on manufacturing. Basic awareness of Finance/Sourcing processes and their impact on manufacturing. Understanding of Digital & Analytics Tools for managing manufacturing activities (KPI, etc.).
