Job Description

Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a full time basis for an 11 months fixed term contract for our industry leading client based in Wakefield.


This is a truly generalist role including employee relations and managing the full employee lifecycle, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fantastic HR team, as well as bringing key skills required to support the Head of HR.

As a HR Advisor, your day to day will include:

  • Coach, guide and upskill line managers in all HR policies and procedures
  • Managing all areas of the employee lifecycle
  • Providing support to management teams on Employee Relations cases
  • Supporting with the management of short and long-term absences
  • Supporting with project work as and when required
  • Ensuring compliance is adhered to during the onboarding process
  • Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners


Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:


A solid understanding of HR best practice, employment legislation, recruitment and onboarding
