Your Role

• Prepare fee proposals, tenders, and manage applications and appeals.
• Conduct site visits, public/client meetings, and planning appraisals for development potential.
• Promote sites through the Local Plan system and assist with hearings and advocacy reports.
• Deliver advice to stakeholders via written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate on research and provide strategic planning recommendations.

️ What You’ll Need

• Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Chartered membership or working towards MRTPI.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a consultancy or local authority.
• Strong research skills and expertise in planning appraisals.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
