Paralegal - Corporate - Top US Law Firm

Our client, a top US law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong academics and previous experience as a Corporate Paralegal.

The Role:

• Processing amendments to fund contracts.
• Reviewing subscription agreements to fund investments.
• Preparing closing bibles.
• Communicating with clients and foreign council.
• Proofreading documents.
• Researching law sources and legal opinions.
• Conducting company and market research.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Very strong academics.
• 1+ years experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
• Excellent communication / interpersonal / adaptability skills.
• Enthusiasm to develop a wider understanding of the area and tackle new and unfamiliar tasks.
• Eagerness to tackle increasingly complex legal work with a willingness to work overtime.
