Due to our continued growth, we're seeking a SUPERSTAR Senior Account Manager to join our team and help us continue providing brilliant marketing to our expanding client base.

About the Role:

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll take the lead on managing client retainer work and executing marketing tasks for a range of property clients. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring we deliver on our promises every time.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing client accounts and fostering long-lasting relationships
• Developing and executing marketing and communications plans
• Overseeing the creation of engaging copy for various channels
• Ensuring consistent brand presentation across all media
• Evaluating marketing performance and presenting results
• Managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
• Implementing and managing prop tech solutions for property clients
• Leading and developing the marketing team
• Promoting Frank across various platforms

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has 6+ years of experience in marketing and account management within an agency environment
• Possesses a deep understanding of all aspects of marketing
• Is comfortable with all aspects of marketing tech and automation
• Has experience in the property sector
• Is a confident and effective influencer at a senior level
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects
• Has a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
• Is passionate about marketing and always eager to learn
