Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cleaning validation protocols and reports.
• Define acceptance criteria for cleaning validation studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Conduct and oversee the execution of cleaning validation studies for equipment and processes.
• Perform sampling, testing, and analysis of cleaning validation swabs and rinse samples.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all validation activities.
• Analyze cleaning validation data to ensure compliance with established criteria.
• Investigate and resolve deviations or failures in cleaning validation studies.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on validation outcomes
• Develop and deliver training programs on cleaning validation procedures and protocols for manufacturing and quality personnel.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all validation activities in accordance with GMP and company policies.

Your Requirements:

• University degree in pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology or process engineering or a similar subject
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cleaning validation within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven experience with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience with cleaning validation software and analytical methods.
• Fluent in French
