WING DESIGN AUTHORISER

NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE WITH A LEADING AEROSPACE COMPANY FOR A WING DESIGN AUTHORISER

• Up to £50ph inside IR35
• Initial contract until April 2025
• Onsite in Filton
• Opportunity for 2 days a week from home
• 35 hour working week
• BPSS clearance required (client will provide sponsorship.

WHAT WILL THE WING DESIGN ENGINEER BE DOING?

The role will provide the opportunity to ensure the structural design of the Wings meets the desired airworthiness and product requirements. You’ll provide design leadership and take ownership of Lean Engineering improvements. Other roles include:

• Leading complex and/or multi value projects
• Risk management
• Finding creative solutions for complex problems

WE NEED THE WING DESIGN ENGINEER TO HAVE….

• Aviation experience
• A track record of implementing design to cost projects
• Experience with CATIA V5, ICC, ECM & Pass
• Holds a Design Authorisation Signatory
• The ability to go through a BPSS check
