Salary: Circa £35k dependent on skills and experience

Office Based – Sheffield S60 - MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO SHEFFIELD DAILY

Full-Time, 9-Month Fixed Term – Opportunity for Progression/Permanent Role

The Role:

We are looking for a data-driven E-Marketing to set-up and optimise our e-marketing campaigns across all growth sectors. You will be no stranger to E-marketing platforms and take ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis, ensuring continuous improvement based on data insights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience in workflow creation, and the ability to make E-marketing a pivotal tool in the marketing armoury.

But you will be keen to expand your skillset into other aspects of marketing to ensure an integrated approach. You will report to senior leadership and play an important role in driving marketing effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and execute targeted e-marketing campaigns, including creating automated workflows using CRM tools (e.g., Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Develop and manage content calendars for web and social media using tools like Hootsuite and CMS platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies and performance tracking to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create visually engaging and persuasive content using Canva and AI tools, working with external agencies when necessary.
  • Support a variety of marketing initiatives, including product launches, exhibitions, PR campaigns, and brochure production.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing strategies aligned with business goals.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a data-driven E-Marketing role with experience in account-based marketing, B2B and D2C sectors.
  • Proficient with CRM and e-marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, or Mailchimp, with expertise in automated workflows and audience segmentation.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proven experience using Google Analytics and performance reporting tools.
  • A creative eye, proficient in Canva and other content creation tools.
  • Good written English and saliency with engaging Social Content familiar with AI tools as support.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite for social media management
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
