Programme Manager (Property)

We are excited to be exclusively partnering with one of our key clients in the rail sector who are seeking a Programme Manager to join their Property team on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and oversee the delivery of a wide portfolio of various station enhancement projects including accessibility, civil works and technology.

Essential Requirements

• Experience working as a Programme Manager
• Experience line managing a team
• Rail sector experience
• A solid understanding of CDM regulations and commercial contracts

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be on-site 3 days per week. With an office based in York, you will also be expected to travel to sites along the line as required.
