The Quality Project Leader (QPL) will connect with a portfolio of Clients, addressing all quality-related topics to align with Client requests and expectations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Clients, enhancing the relationship between the mRNA Quality team and the Client. QPL will facilitate regular meetings with Clients to discuss quality-related topics and project progress. You will address and resolve Client complaints, coordinating with the mRNA quality team to ensure timely and effective solutions. You will work collaboratively with fellow team members, partnering to meet project and departmental objectives, and collaborate with management to resolve project issues. QPL is responsible for maintaining and updating the Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs). QPL will support product transfers from Clients to GMP operations, providing quality support throughout the process. You could lead investigations and drive process improvements based on trending data. How will you get there? Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Engineering. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Established quality, regulatory, analytic, and production mentality, with a focus on Client service and the contract manufacturing industry. Knowledge of Aseptic environment procedures and Contamination Control Strategy is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within international teams. Well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry, preferably in a QA or QC function. Experience in Client interface and negotiation skills. English language proficiency is a must. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Committed to meeting Client needs and achieving results.
