Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities: • Determining and implementing the production flows and methods for new products and departments. • Determining and implementing new production technologies. • Managing factory layouts. • Providing all necessary production means, machinery, tools, raks, etc. • Working with R&D to define the best solutions for new products. • Determining product processing cycles. • Defining production balances and the best use of resources. • Planning, managing, and monitoring implementation projects, controlling time and costs. • Managing production start-ups, following training, testing, and start-up. • Implementing and managing production monitoring KPIs. • Supporting the definition of SAP flows. Requirements: • Knowledge of Lean/TOC methodologies. • SAP knowledge. • Sheet metal, painting, foaming, and assembly processes. • Languages: English intermediate level, second language is a plus (Spanish pref.). • Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnical Engineering).
