Building Contracts Manager - Luxury Residential Homes (Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Town) Our client, a dynamic, medium-sized building contractor with a strong track record in bespoke luxury homes and commercial buildings, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience in the construction industry. Relevant construction-related qualification. Proven experience managing high-end residential projects is essential. MS Projects are essential JBCC experience Key Responsibilities: Full oversight of luxury residential projects, ensuring effective planning, progress tracking, quality assurance, and profitability. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional teams. Managing and developing project staff, overseeing plant and material resources.
