Job Description

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Develop and improve daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify out-of-control product and process characteristics using statistical methods. SAP Data Mining Conduct detailed data mining within SAP for scrap and claims analysis, contributing to informed decision-making. Continuous Improvement Projects Participate in Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, focusing on data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement. Measurement System Analysis Take part in Measurement System Analysis studies to support the interpretation of statistical data and ensure precise measurements. Calibration Process Ownership Oversee and manage the calibration process for all measurement equipment, utilizing systems to identify calibration needs, and ensuring the integrity and traceability of service records. Qualifications Minimum Requirements : Education : National Higher Diploma in Engineering (Technical) Experience : 2-3 years in a Quality/Process/Statistical environment Certifications : Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) Advantageous : Education : BTech or equivalent in Statistics Experience : 3-5 years in a Quality/Process/Statistical environment Certifications : Six Sigma (Green Belt) Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Advanced skills in data extraction, analysis, and visualization using tools like Excel, Minitab, Power BI, and other relevant software Familiarity with SAP and Shopware systems Deep understanding of calibration processes and requirements This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team that values quality and continuous improvement.
