Global Supply Chain Manager (Italy and abroad) For a prestigious multinational group, leader in the industrial sector, we are looking for a/an brilliant: As Global Supply Chain Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and take on a corporate role that includes driving logistics strategy, optimizing processes, and integrating procurement activities to build a cohesive and efficient supply chain. Responsibilities: Enhance Communication and Synergy: Strengthen alignment between logistics and procurement by closely collaborating with both strategic and operational teams, ensuring streamlined and effective workflows. Optimize Supply Chain Practices: Review and update supply chain processes to align with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices. Drive Logistics Strategy: Implement and oversee logistics strategies to support smooth, efficient operations across the supply chain. Plan & Manage Procurement: Collaborate with the purchasing and PM teams to optimize procurement planning and maintain efficient resource allocation. Negotiate & Collaborate: Work closely with suppliers and freight companies to negotiate terms, set pricing, and ensure performance excellence. Skills: Extensive Supply Chain Expertise: Solid background in supply chain management, including logistics. Leadership Skills: Proven expertise in leading and integrating diverse teams. Strategic Mindset: Skilled in planning, systems analysis, and evaluating complex workflows. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership abilities.
