Experience: 5-8 years of proven sales and business development experience in the chemical industry, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Industry Knowledge: Working experience in the distribution/trading sector will be important. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and within a team. Adaptability to work across diverse cultures and markets.
