Vendor Scheduling Specialist - Chemical Sector - Milano

We are looking for a proactive vendor scheduling specialist who is responsible for planning and managing orders for the company's warehouses or directly for clients. Must have? Experience of 1-2 years in a similar role, strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, experience in coordinating drop shipping to clients, and great communication skills. The Vendor Scheduling Specialist is responsible for: Planning the replenishment of products from third-party suppliers; Coordinating direct shipments from suppliers to end customers worldwide; Monitoring activities and resolving issues related to delays or operational challenges; Collaborating with internal functions, such as customer care or logistics teams, to ensure adherence to the delivery plan; Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to drive operational improvement projects. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role; Strong understanding of supply chain processes and drop shipping; Fluency in English (minimum B2); Experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
