Project Manager, Project Management, property maintenance, Construction, Commercial heating systems, Plant rooms.
Out client is an established and leading property maintenance business, looking for an experienced Project Manager.
You will be working on the firm’s largest client and one of the most visible projects under management.
You will have come from a construction background managing large scale heating system projects in commercial environments.
Management of site managers, contractors, and other project staff.
Knowledge of boiler houses and plant rooms in a commercial setting.
Dealing with plant room sizes from 100Kw to 5Mw.
Gas Safe Passport (CPA1, COCDN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, BMP1, CORT1)
SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
