As a Book-keeper/Office Manager, you will play a vital role in managing budgets, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing financial transactions. Your strong budgeting skills, along with your proficiency in Xero and Excel, will be essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our client's residence.
Responsibilities:
Managing invoices, petty cash, and payments
Liaising with suppliers on a monthly basis
Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
Taking charge of the budget to ensure expenditures are within limitsRequirements:
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
Expertise in Xero and advanced Excel skills
AAT qualification would be advantageous
Proactive, flexible, and confident nature
