Groundworkers

Madisons Recruitment are looking for dedicated Groundworkers to join a client of ours ASAP in Basildon and surrounding areas. As a Groundworker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and renewal of various outdoor spaces.

You will be joining a team on site contributing to a range of different works across London & Essex within Social Housing properties. The Ideal candidates will have good all round experience with all aspects of Groundworks. Gangs are also welcome.

Responsibilities

Competent in laying/renewal of concrete pathways & bases.
Experienced in cold lay tarmac repairs & slabbing
Competent in drainage installs and repairs.
Competent in water main installs and repairs
Operate machinery and equipment for all groundworks projects.
General breaking out, clearing site and demolition of outdoor buildings/structures.
Good work ethic. Ensuring sites are left clean and tidy and free from debris from all outdoor spaces.
Follow health & safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements

CSCS Card
Full UK Driving License
Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant Field
Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery for groundworks.
Knowledge of basic construction techniques for outdoor projects.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
Attention to detail to ensure precise execution of landscaping plans.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues on projects.
